In 2003, I started Mike Kerrison International (formerly Endurance America), a business consulting firm focused on middle market growth companies, offering strategy formation, executive alignment, culture change, and building formidable sales teams. I work seamlessly with several private equity firms across the country such as Baird, Dominus Capital, Spell Capital Partners, Rockefeller Foundation, Norwest Partners, and Wells Fargo. I have completed 250 projects within 30 industries and I have graduated over 50,000 sales reps from my Breakaway Sales School.
